COVID-19 Resources

Y'all I'm not gonna lie, this is a stressful time for everyone.  We, as industry professionals, have never been in a situation like this before, but we are banding together to form a united front and help you however we can.

To make things easier, we created a Wedding Rescheduling Checklist for couples who need to move their wedding date.

A couple of things to note:

  • In the event that you choose to move forward with a rescheduled date and one of your original vendor is no longer available. that does not guarantee that you will get a refund.  Every contract is different, so you can't assume you will get a refund for services not rendered, because the rescheduled event was out of our control.

  • Communicate with vendors who may not personally be available for your new date, since they may be able to contract out a member from another team in the area.  This would allow them to fulfill their contract with you without having to lose deposits by hiring a completely new vendor team.

  • Patience, flexibility, and understanding with your vendor team is going to go a long way, in the process of rescheduling your wedding.  We are all trying our very best to get you booked on a new day as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • If you have been planning your wedding without a planner team and are in need of guidance and advice, please reach out to us.  We are happy to schedule a consulting call to answer questions you may have, and assist you in the event that you need to navigate a rescheduled date.
