Event Staffing
  • 1 assistant recommended/ every 30 guests.

  • Assistance with setup, event execution, catering, and event breakdown

$35/hr for each event assistant & event captain

 

Event Bartenders

1 bartender/every 50 guests for full bar;

1 bartender/every 75 guests for beer and wine 

• Cocktail menu development
• Assistance with alcohol ordering

• Signature cocktail development

 

$35/hr for each licensed bartender and bar captain
